Bar Magen’s state-of-the-art laboratories are an essential part of our quality assurance process. Every product we produce at Bar Magen undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance process to ensure it adheres to the meticulous standards for which we are known. This includes preliminary testing of the raw materials, rigorous screenings at key points in the production process, and tests of the end product’s stability. We also conduct preventive testing to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination during production. These processes align with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and Bar Magen’s HACCP International certification mark, ensuring the utmost in feed safety. Our routine tests determine feed quality by analyzing the precise amounts of moisture, protein, fat, cellulose, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, and salt in feed products. Bar Magen also carries out more complex tests, including screenings for mycotoxins, drugs, vitamins, growth catalysts, cross contaminants, heavy metals, and more.
