Gustor N’RGY consists of sodium butyrate protected by a coating of fatty acids derived from palm oil.
It contains a unique formulation of sodium butyrate that improves feed digestibility by promoting the regeneration of intestinal epithelial cells, through which nutrients are absorbed. Sodium butyrate possesses antibacterial activity (against E. coli, Salmonella, and others).
The product contains 70% coated sodium butyrate (50%) and is available as a granular powder, designed for easy inclusion and mixing in feed and in vitamin-mineral concentrates.
Gustor N’RGY provides a balance between coated and free sodium butyrate, to ensure that the effect of the product is felt throughout all parts of the gastrointestinal tract. The coating enables sustained release of sodium butyrate along the entire digestive tract, providing protection at all stages of digestion.
